Awesome! I always love the effect of sunlight or moonlight beaming through the clouds, though I've never been brave enough to really try to paint it :-)

I just atarted another blog, http://dailypainters.blogspot.com, to highlight the work of daily painting artists. Every day I'll have lots of new work from some talented artists - let me know if you'd like to be on the site!

Hi Micah, I am always challenged by the night sky, she shields her colors well. My problem is mixing the colors in light, but seeing the colors in darkness. I often just go stand outside and stare up, trying to find some secret to the glory of the night. JLC

Thanks Ming, I will be doing more night scenes soon; your right, it is easy to blow it with them, most of my night scenes end up in the trash. I am glad you left a comment, it gives me more inspiration to try it again. JLC
